Join our team We are looking for a Service & Spare Parts Specialist . This position, based in the Quality & Enviroment Department , will support Service Manager , working closely with the Service and Spare Parts Team.




ABOUT THE ROLE In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring an efficient and customer‐oriented after‐sales service, proactively managing requests and technical issues, as well as overseeing the entire spare parts process in close collaboration with internal teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES Proactive management of technical issues and service requests, in collaboration with the Service team and internal departments (Sales, R&D;, Logistics, etc.), to ensure prompt and effective problem resolution.
Application of Swegon's standard operating procedures, while maintaining the flexibility needed to ensure that the customer always remains at the center of attention.
Support for troubleshooting activities, including direct interventions at Swegon product installation sites when necessary.
Support in managing the entire spare parts order process, including product availability checks, quotation preparation
