Overview In this role, you advance wind farm projects through development, coordinating technical, environmental, and regulatory work. You'll liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to prepare environmental, technical, and financial studies, and you'll review EIA reports and authorization documents. You will conduct site visits, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure regulatory compliance while engaging with authorities and stakeholders. The position blends cross‐functional collaboration with a focus on permitting and responsible project delivery, offering an opportunity to influence wind energy development at scale.
Responsibilities Advance wind farm projects through development by coordinating contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
Prepare and review environmental, technical, and financial studies (EIA, feasibility, due diligence)
Conduct site visits with consultants and internal experts across development stages
Manage project budgets and execution timelines with progress tracking
Prepare and submit applications to authorities (EIA, Single Authorization,
PAUR) ensuring compliance with standards
Maintain relationships with public authorities and support stakeholder engagement and public consultations
Collaborate with engineering, environmental, and financial teams to drive project completion
Qualifications Degree in a scientific or technical discipline (Energy/Environmental Engineering or related); Bachelor's degree acceptable
Around 4 years of renewable project development experience (wind, solar, or broader energy)
Experience in project management and coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal specialists
Budget management experience and timeline monitoring
Working knowledge of GIS with 1–2 years in a development context
Advanced fluency in Italian and good command of English
Willingness to travel ~30% for site visits
Comfort with external stakeholder engagement and permitting processes
