Where You Make An Impact:
Define and drive B2B eCommerce vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
Lead product ownership (Agile): prioritization, backlog management, and high-impact delivery.
Enhance end-to-end customer journeys with a strong customer-centric focus.
Own analytics and performance tracking, turning data into actionable insights.
Lead UX strategy, CRO,
and experimentation to optimize digital experiences.
Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, IT, Operations) to deliver scalable solutions.
Apply deep eCommerce, analytics, and BI expertise (GA4/Adobe, CRO, A/B testing, UX, Power BI/Tableau, CMS/PIM/CRM/ERP).
