For our Italian branch located in **Cassina de' Pecchi (MI)** we are looking for a **Sales Assistant** who is willing to work in a young, dynamic and challenging team. The person needs to have **accuracy for details** and **good communication skills**.

- Data entry of incoming orders
- Checking product availability
- Assessment of product stock
- Creation of the transport document (DDT)
- Issuing invoices and credit notes
- Creation of articles/customers in the management system (SAP)
- Customer services
- Complaint management **Your Profile**
- High-School diploma
- Confident with Microsoft Office package (in particular with Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Italian fluent and good English both written and spoken (able to communicate with foreign colleagues)
