Experteer Overview Capgemini Invent seeks an Automotive Software Engineering Transformation Consultant to help OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers steer software-driven transformation. You will blend strategy, process optimization and engineering methodology to raise automotive software excellence. You'll lead and mentor across teams, shape transformation roadmaps and improve toolchains and testing practices. This role offers scope to impact complex automotive programs and collaborate in a multinational environment. test automation frameworks and CI/CD practices Lead workshops, facilitate stakeholder alignment and contribute to engineering transformation roadmaps For Senior Consultants: mentor junior consultants and lead project workstreams Responsabilità 3-6+ years of experience in Automotive Software Engineering, Systems Engineering or Product Development environments Hands‐on knowledge of ASPICE; familiarity with ISO 26262, IATF 16949 or UNECE WP.29 is a plus Experience with ALM, testing and model‐based engineering tools (e.g. Jira, DOORS, Polarion, CANoe, d SPACE, Simulink, Rhapsody, PREEvision) Master's degree in Computer Science, Software, Automation or Automotive Engineering (or equivalent) Strong analytical mindset, communication skills and ability to work in international multi‐stakeholder environments Fluent Italian and English; French or German are a plus ASPICE provisional Assessor certification, ADAS, OTA or E/E architecture exper
