Role Overview
The Generative AI Supervisor is a senior‐level role responsible for supervising day‐to‐day AI production activities, guiding artists, and ensuring the highest standards of quality across AI‐driven projects, and may require shot/key shot compositing based on any given project's needs. Reporting directly to the AI Producer, this person plays a hands‐on leadership role within the department, combining deep VFX compositing expertise with practical Generative AI knowledge to deliver innovative, production‐ready results. This role is ideal for a seasoned compositor who has developed a strong working knowledge of Generative AI tools and is ready to take on supervisory responsibility in a fast‐paced, internationally collaborative studio environment.
Key Responsibilities




Leadership and Supervision
Supervise and mentor a team of AI artists and compositors, providing both creative and technical direction on a daily basis
Review and approve AI‐generated and composited output to ensure it meets project and studio quality standards
Work closely with the Head of AI to execute departmental priorities, timelines, and objectives
Serve as a key point of contact between the AI department and Producers, VFX Supervisors, and other department heads
Production and Workflow
Oversee the integration of AI‐generated assets into VFX, advertising, and audiovisual content pipelines
Collaborate with pipeline and technical teams to implement and refine Generative AI workflows within existing production infrastructure
Monitor project schedules, flag risks, and help the team adapt efficiently to changing production requirements
Maintain and enforce best practices for compositing, AI asset integr
