Experteer Overview In this role you drive growth for Zimmer Biomet's orthopedic product lines across the North East Italy region, building and expanding a high-performing sales organization. You'll shape regional strategies, recruit and develop the sales team, and ensure revenue and margin targets are met. You work closely with cross-functional partners to advance customer relationships and execute plans that support the company's mission to restore mobility. This position combines strategic leadership with hands‐on field execution and a strong emphasis on performance and recognition.

Team management and budget planning experience
Experience as Sales Manager in Orthopedics and medical devices
Min. 5 years of experience in the role
