We are looking for
A driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (m/w/d) eager to contribute to our sales team's growth and success.
Responsibilities include proposing actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve sales processes and foster growth.
Your role at BizAway
Research and prospect new clients in the Italian market
Execute outbound campaigns via email, phone, and other channels
Present our solutions to various stakeholders (Office Managers,



Travel Managers, HR Directors, etc.)
Proactively suggest actions and strategies to improve sales and growth
Collaborate with the Sales Team in a positive feedback loop
Basic qualifications
Native Italian speaker with proficient English skills
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Tourism, or related fields
Hunger to face challenges and improve daily
Proactivity in proposing value-adding solutions and willingness to learn from mistakes
Flexibility to adapt in a fast-changing environment
Additional interests
Experience in SaaS sales, Business Travel, or startups
