Founded in 2004, YEO is one of Türkiye's leading companies providing engineering, technology, manufacturing, and renewable energy solutions for the energy sector. Through our REAPG factory in Tuzla, we are expanding our capabilities in energy storage production and strengthening our vertical integration from EPC to BESS manufacturing.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive our growth strategy in the Italian energy market , focusing on EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) , while actively contributing to project development and execution processes.
This role requires an end-to-end ownership mindset , combining business development with hands-on involvement in project structuring and implementation.
Qualifications
Based in Italy and eligible to work in Italy
5–8+ years of experience in the energy sector (preferably EPC, renewable energy, and/or BESS)
Strong understanding of the Italian energy ecosystem, market structure, regulations, and permitting pro
