**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and implement strategies for the procurement and storage of materials.
- Manages and builds appropriate commercial relationships with suppliers to develop strategic partnerships.
- To review all purchase requests under operational considerations. Secures alternative products if item Specification can be met with less spend.
- To work closely with other departments and assist with Materials Management throughout the hotel.
- To oversee the maintenance of complete and accurate records of all purchases.
- To oversee and control the maintenance of hotel’s general store.
- To ensure the general store is stocked with minimum par stocks required to ensure efficient operation of all hotel departments.
- Cost control/lower budgeted
- Organize the inventory rotation for all storeroom products, monthly administrative closure
- Reporting activities to monitor supplier KPIs, costs, inventories.

inventories. **QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERTISE**
- College degree in Accounting or related field
- Previous experience in the role, minimum 3 years in luxury hotel as Purchasing Manager
- Working computer skills and a good knowledge of: Opera, FMC Material Control, Oracle - Micros Simphony, ERP Microsoft 365.
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Italian
