Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our iconic hotels: Four Seasons Milano, San Domenico Palace Taormina, and Danieli Venice. The role involves promoting and selling transient room nights to the Europe, Russia, and CIS markets.
Location Four Seasons Milan (travel to other properties as required). Legal right to work in Italy and fluency in English and Italian are mandatory.
Responsibilities Promote and sell to transient segments in the Europe, Russia and CIS markets.
Generate hotel/resort awareness through direct phone sales, sales calls, fam trips and tradeshows.
Strengthen relationships with main accounts to drive business and increase market share.
Use prospecting resources and company programs to solicit and secure new business.
Follow up on all inquiries and qualify business to generate transient room nights and revenue.
Create and execute account plans for the assigned market territory to meet revenue and budget targets.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and direct sales goals, including outside sales calls,



site inspections and fam trips.
Maintain thorough product knowledge of FS hotel properties and competitor features, advantages, and benefits.
Conduct customer site inspections and sales calls to uncover needs and present solutions.
Track and focus on conversion to achieve hotel revenue objectives.
Maintain accurate account creation, traces, contact information, and client email lists in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
Utilize automated sales and reservations systems (Opera) for travel industry business.
Participate in sales meetings, strategy meetings, and annual marketing planning.
Produce and execute quarterly and annual action plans, and manage territory sales expenses and travel budgets.
Qualifications Legal work authorization in Europe.
3 to 5 years of experience in a Sales Manager role overseeing the Europe, Russia and CIS markets with a proven sales track record.
