As Rack Product Manager you will own the lifecycle of server rack solutions, ensuring high‑density computing needs (AI, GPU clusters) are met through robust roadmaps and collaboration with hardware, supply chain, and data center Ops. You’ll shape product families, drive launches, and develop documentation and sales tools in a cross‑functional setting. This role offers impact across engineering, marketing, and regional sales in the EMEA region. You will help optimize rack configurations, pricing, and value propositions while advancing Vertiv’s strategic priorities.

Responsibilities and Benefits

- Define and maintain roadmaps for rack product families
- Analyze regional demand in EMEA and benchmark against offerings; propose optimizations
- Collect and maintain product documentation; unify descriptions across PLM and sales tools
- Collaborate with marketing for product launches and asset delivery; support market analysis and thought leadership
- Drive product management activities: market research, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication
- Propose and test innovative technologies or processes to sustain engineering and product innovation




- Develop rack configuration tools with Engineering to enable sales enablement
- Strategize price positioning across product families for EMEA channels (direct and indirect)
- Create and maintain value propositions and training materials with Vertiv Academy
- Develop and manage a 12-month demand plan with EMEA Sales Operations; optimize margins via SPR processes

Responsibilities
- ≥5 years in a comparable product management or hardware role
- Translate technical details into specs and understand system behavior
- Strong cross‑functional xysqume communication with Engineering, Sales, and Leadership
- Data analysis and business acumen to set strategy and roadmap
- Strategic thinking to identify opportunities and prioritise features
- Project/program management for launches and feature development
- Customer empathy to translate VOC into requirements
- Technical writing for clear specifications and guides
- Process optimization to improve product delivery and support
- Problem solving and analytical thinking; intercultural collaboration; English proficiency
