/li liMake sure that LEAN and Agile tools and approach are used across project management. /li liManage (or provide operational support in) vendors and contracts (management) for the CHC ID Team. /li /ul h3Principal Accountabilities /h3 ul liSupport the definition of project scope, objectives, deliverables. /li liDevelop end‑to‑end project schedules and timelines, assuring project on‑time delivery. /li liApply LEAN and Agile approach to projects. /li liMonitoring of project activities and track progress against milestones. /li liSupport the core team in day‑to‑day project management activities. /li liResponsible for building the project team and defining tasks. /li liAssist in monitoring project budgets and tracking expenses. /li liPrepare and contribute to project status reports and updates. /li liTrack changes and support their implementation when necessary to meet project deliverables. /li liIdentify issues and elevate them appropriately. /li liContribute to risk identification and support the implementation of mitigation plans for all projects. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li8 years’ experience as RD project manager preferably in Consumer Healthcare. Work experience in other industries such as Consumer‑Packaged Goods or companies/industries with high speed and large portfolio of projects might be considered.
