PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Handling and executing Group bookings, solicit business, up-sell and maximizing revenue.
- Conduct site inspection with potential clients.
- Check on status of group bookings and update as appropriate
- Prepare monthly group summary reports on daily basis
- Create and distribute BEO and GRC to the departments involved.
- Ensure group history is kept up to date and tracing of group bookings is maintained
- Keep the Director of Sales & Marketing promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters so prompt corrective action can be taken where appropriate
- Customize selling approach and up selling to client maximizing sales.
- Working closely with Sales team, Revenue e Reservation Team.
- Provide a defect free and memorable experience for all clients; to be known as the preferred hotel.
- Maintain mutual understanding with all other hotel departments.
- Keep and maintain the general filing systems as well as all other filings as designated.




- Provide the highest standards of service without sacrificing quality.
- Always maintain a professional image both in appearance/attire and conduct when dealing with the client and hotel ambassadors. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Previous experience in a similar role, at least 1 years, in hospitality business
- Fluency in Italian and English. Preferred knowledge a third language.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer orientation
