Experteer Overview As a Design Engineer in the NVE Design Engineering Core at Micron Italia, you contribute to memory product development by designing and analyzing core and mixed‐signal circuits used in NAND Flash. You work with cross‐functional teams to ensure scalable, manufacturable, and reliable solutions across technologies. You will optimize circuit blocks, verify behavior across operating conditions, and drive power efficiency and performance improvements. The role offers impact on next‐generation memory devices within a collaborative, innovation‐led environment. Key Responsibilities Design, simulate, and optimize NAND core circuit blocks balancing performance, power, area, and reliability Translate requirements into circuit implementations across use cases Perform comprehensive circuit verification (DC, AC, transient, noise, Monte Carlo, PVT)



at block and chip level Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to improve power efficiency, manufacturability, and product performance Develop and leverage automation solutions (Python‐based workflows, AI‐assisted tools) and maintain technical documentation Qualifications M.
