ph3Product Manager – Filler Metals /h3pAt ESAB, we are looking for a Product Manager – Filler Metals to join our commercial team in the Med sub-region. In this role, you will drive the local execution of the European Filler Metals strategy and support the commercial organization in achieving sales and growth targets across distributor and direct sales channels. You will work closely with Area Sales Managers, Sales Agents, distributors, and key accounts, providing product expertise, market insights, and sales enablement to strengthen ESAB’s position in the market. The Product Manager filler metal will also be part of the commercial support to the internal sales network and the distribution channel, granting a proactive support on strategic sales initiatives, planning and monitoring campaigns, keeping focus on strategic products sales progress, tracking filler metal opportunities and driving commercial activities according to the targets. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliExecute the European Filler Metals strategy at sub-regional level /liliSupport the sales team and distributors with product knowledge, technical guidance, and recommendations /liliDeliver product trainings to internal teams and distributor partners /liliSupport product launches, campaigns,



and portfolio updates /liliAnalyze sales performance and identify growth opportunities /liliMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to maintain a competitive position /liliSupport customer troubleshooting and resolve product-related issues /liliProvide market feedback to European Product Management /liliBenchmark and position products to be within the local market requirements /liliBe proactive in the funnel process /liliSupport sales team with commercial initiatives, track opportunities, and drive sales /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3h3Required /h3ulliTechnical or engineering background /liliMinimum 3 years of relevant experience /liliKnowledge of welding processes and filler metals /liliExperience working with sales or cross‑functional team /liliLocal language C1 and English minimum B2 /liliDriver’s license and willingness to travel 2–3 days per week /liliAvailability to travel to all the countries of the Med in an intensive way /li /ulh3Desired /h3ulliUniversity degree in engineering or technical field /liliWelding Technician or Welding Engineer certification /liliExperience in a multinational organization /liliPlace of work is in the province of Milan, but we are available to evaluate other solutions in central/southern Italy /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
