ph3Company Overview /h3pbSPACE INDUSTRIES /b is a bdynamic and rapidly growing company /b operating in the baerospace sector /b, with a strong commitment to binnovation, reliability, and mission excellence /b. /ppThe company supports bcomplex space programs /b and provides bend-to-end mission operations /b, ensuring high standards of performance and operational success. /ph3Position Overview /h3pSpace Industries S.p.A., a leading aerospace company specializing in the assembly, integration, and testing of small satellites, is seeking an experienced and technically skilled Technical Facility Manager to oversee and manage all technical infrastructure, utilities, and equipment supporting production, integration, and test operations. /ppThe ideal candidate will combine strong technical and electronic expertise with solid experience in facility operations, ensuring that all systems, machinery, and utilities are fully functional, compliant, and reliable to support aerospace-grade activities (cleanrooms, AIT areas, test facilities). /ppThis is a hands-on role requiring autonomy, technical competence, and a proactive approach to maintenance, safety, and continuous improvement of the facility's performance. /ph3Requirements /h3h3Main Responsibilities: /h3ulliManage and maintain all technical facilities, utilities, and equipment used in satellite production and testing (electrical systems, HVAC, compressed air, vacuum systems, cleanrooms, test chambers, etc.) /liliEnsure operational availability, safety, and compliance of all infrastructure with aerospace and industrial standards /liliSupervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities on machinery and technical systems, coordinating internal and external resources /liliSupport the setup and commissioning of new equipment, test benches,



and technical installations /liliMonitor and optimize the performance of utilities (power supply, compressed air, cooling systems, etc.) /liliCollaborate with AIT and Test teams to ensure facility readiness for integration and test campaigns /liliImplement and maintain facility documentation: maintenance plans, technical records, calibration schedules, and safety checklists /liliManage relationships with external suppliers, contractors, and service providers /liliSupport HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) compliance and contribute to safety risk assessments /liliParticipate in audits and inspections (internal, customer, or agency) /liliPropose and lead improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and reliability of the facility /liliPropose and support investment planning for facility maintenance and improvement, ensure timely procurement of materials and tools /liliTechnical diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical fields /liliAt least 5 years of experience in technical facility management within aerospace, industrial, or high-tech environments /liliStrong technical background in electrical and electronic systems, machinery operations, and facility utilities /liliHands‑on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of complex equipment /liliKnowledge of cleanroom operations, HVAC systems,



and technical safety standards /liliFamiliarity with ECSS standards and aerospace-grade facility requirements is a plus /liliAbility to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and solve technical issues proactively /liliGood knowledge of English (written and spoken) /liliHolder of a valid category B driving license /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliExperience in space or defense sector facilities /liliExperience of test environments operation (thermal vacuum, vibration, EMC) /liliCertification or training in maintenance management or facility engineering /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulliMetalmeccanico (CCNL) contract with compensation based on experience and skills /liliCompetitive pay /liliFlexible working hours /liliUp to €2,000/year of welfare /liliMeal vouchers (€8/day) /liliAdditional private health insurance, on top of the coverage provided under the national collective labour agreement /liliGreat opportunities for professional growth and technical leadership /liliA dynamic and innovative work environment in the aerospace sector /liliGross annual salary ranging from €40,000 to €45,000, paid over 13 monthly instalments.
