We are currently recruiting a bright lawyer to join our Real Estate Investment team within our market leading Real Estate group in Milan.
If you're an ambitious Lawyer with experience in real estate, excellent command of verbal and written English (any other main foreign language would also be a real asset), bring your ambition, initiative and entrepreneurial mindset to a global business that's redefining the possible. You'll manage and advise national and international investors and developers in all aspects of real estate law and you will work closely together with colleagues from the funds, finance and tax teams, assisting clients in identifying and implementing the most suitable structure for the realisation of real estate investments.
Main duties and responsibilities
You Will Be Working As Part Of Our Market Leading Real Estate Team And Will Undertake a Broad Variety Of Work That Will Cover Our Core Real Estate Services
Acquisitions, developments, disposals, as well as lease, construction and property management mandates
Advising corporate clients and investment companies in the purchase, sale and lease of commercial real estate
Collaborating with colleagues from funds, finance, and tax to provide a 360 degree advice on all aspects of real estate investments
About You
Graduated with excellent academic marks, and admitted to the Italian Bar
We do not set upper or lower limits of PQE for any of our vacancies. However, we believe that candidates who have between 1 and 3 years' PQE are likely to have the right level of legal knowledge and have gained the right level of experience needed to be able to undertake this role
Excellent communication and drafting skills in both Italian and English
Service minded, organized and able to meet deadlines
Positive mentality with a "can do" attitude
Demonstrate a desire to achieve excellence
Open to changing environment which requires daily learning
