ROLE SUMMARY:
The Admissions Officer is responsible for managing incoming applications and documentation, communicating with prospective families/students and offering personal guidance through the school visit/admission process.



The Admissions Officer also reviews application files, participates in open days or other marketing events, liaises with academic departments and the front desk / adm and finance to facilitate information flow.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and respond to admissions enquiries through OpenApply, email, phone and in person.
Guide prospective families through the admissions and enrolment process from enquiry to induction.
Maintain accurate admissions records across OpenApply, iSAMS and JDE.
Track applications, class availability and enrolment data, ensuring timely follow-up with families.
Organise and conduct school tours, assessments, interviews and admissions events.
Liaise with academic staff to support application reviews, student placement and admissions decisions.
Coordinate re-enrolment processes and prepare associated documentation.
Maintain up-to-date admissions policies, forms, fee information and related materials.
