o Develop and execute the strategic vision for the indices division.
- Take responsibility for the financial performance and strategy of the team.
- Manage index structuring, index sales, index design and index product management experts.
- Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure impeccable corporate actions management, as well as swift go-to-market on custom-made indices.
- Drive innovation in index products and services.
