ph3Job Overview /h3 pWe are seeking a results-driven and analytical Product Owner to manage and drive the Order Slotting Sequencing domain within a complex industrial environment. /p pThis role focuses on a customized off-the-shelf solution (OSS) with limited development flexibility. Success in this position relies on a strong functional understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into consistent and effective optimization rules within the tool. /p pPositioned within IT, the Product Owner acts as a key coordinator between Business teams, Transformation teams, and the system integrator, ensuring that slotting and sequencing logic delivers both: /p ul liExpected operational performance (processing time, robustness) /li liHigh quality of results aligned with business objectives /li /ul pThe role also includes ownership of performance monitoring and reporting, leveraging external data platforms such as Snowflake and Power BI. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pThe responsibilities of the Product Owner include but are not limited to the following: /p h3Functional Ownership Optimization Rules (Core Mission) /h3 ul liAct as the functional owner of slotting and sequencing processes. /li liTranslate business requirements into clear, structured, and consistent optimization rules and parameters within the OSS solution. /li liEnsure rules are aligned with business needs, coherent across use cases, compatible with system performance constraints (processing time, stability), and guarantee the reliability and consistency of system outputs. /li /ul h3Product Management Evolutions /h3 ul liManage a focused portfolio of evolutions and enhancements within the OSS framework. /li liPrioritize changes based on business impact and system constraints.



/li liOperate within the limits of a customized market solution with constrained development possibilities. /li liMaintain a clear and structured functional roadmap. /li /ul h3Coordination Across IT, Business Integrator /h3 ul liAct as a central coordination point within IT across: Business stakeholders, Transformation/program teams, External system integrator. /li liEnsure proper translation of business needs into implementable specifications. /li liValidate delivered solutions against functional expectations. /li liFacilitate alignment and decision-making across stakeholders. /li /ul h3Performance Monitoring Continuous Improvement /h3 ul liMonitor slotting and sequencing performance using key operational KPIs. /li liEnsure alignment between optimization logic, system performance (especially processing time), and expected operational outcomes. /li liIdentify improvement opportunities and drive adjustments when necessary. /li /ul h3Reporting Data Management /h3 ul liOwn and structure reporting outside of the OSS solution. /li liLeverage Snowflake and Power BI to track system performance, analyze outputs, provide actionable insights to stakeholders, and ensure data consistency and reliability across systems. /li /ul h3Run Operational Support /h3 ul liAct as the IT point of contact for run activities. /li liEnsure stability and proper execution of slotting and sequencing processes. /li liCoordinate with support teams and integrator for issue resolution.



/li liContribute to maintaining overall system performance and reliability. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Management /h3 ul liCollaborate closely with industrial and operations teams, supply chain stakeholders, IT and data teams, external partners. /li liAct as SPOC for the slotting sequencing domain within IT. /li liSupport decision-making on rules, parameters, and priorities. /li /ul h3Qualifications, Skills Experience /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related field. /li li5-8 years of experience in industrial systems, supply chain, or optimization environments. /li liStrong understanding of slotting and/or sequencing processes, optimization logic (rules, constraints, parameters), experience working with off-the-shelf solutions (OSS) with limited customization, strong analytical skills with attention to performance and result quality, experience with data tools such as Snowflake and Power BI, strong communication skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, fluency in English and Italian. /li /ul h3Offer /h3 ul liSalary range: from 45 € to 55 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements. /li liCollective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the (first / second / third) professional area. /li /ul pWe welcome applications from people of all gender identities, age, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation and disability.
