The goal is to implement an integrated, process-driven operating model, in order to support portfolio expansion, manage increasingly complex projects and deliver the development goals outlined in the Group’s industrial plan. /ppWithin this context, the current priority is to identify the strongHead of Business Governance (HoBG), /strongwho will report directly to the CEO of the Renewable business and will be responsible for ensuring the operational planning of the business, as well as the overall governance of the industrial plan, coordinating cross-functionally across all relevant functions and Holding structures (e.g. controlling, procurement, finance, legal, HR). The HoBG will be accountable for the production of unified reporting, monitoring of performance against plan targets, and ensuring alignment and integration across all business functions involved in the execution of the industrial plan. /ppstrongPosition – Specific responsibilities:



/strong /ppPlanning Budgeting /pulliContribute to the definition and continuous update of industrial plans and business plans for the Renewables business, in strict collaboration with the Business and Holding Stakeholders. /liliCoordinate the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring consistency and alignment with strategic objectives. /liliEnsure coordination and alignment between business functions (Business Development, Construction, OM and Asset Management) and Holding functions (e.g. procurement, finance, HR, legal, MA), guaranteeing that support activities are coherent with and enable the execution of the industrial plan. /li /ulpMonitoring Reporting /pulliDevelop and manage a system for monitoring plan objectives (KPIs), ensuring traceability and alignment with the overall strategy. /liliProduce periodic reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) addressed to management, Board of Directors and Holding functions, avoiding duplication and inefficiencies. /liliIdentify significant deviations from plan/budget, analyse root causes, propose corrective actions and coordinate with responsible functions for implementation. /liliInterface with Holding functions for reporting commentary and to support analysis of business performance and progress. /liliSupport the resolution of cross-functional critical issues impacting plan delivery, ensuring timely escalation and alignment across stakeholders. /li /ulpInterfunctional coordination Governance /pulliAct as the reference point for the governance of the industrial plan, ensuring visibility on progress, consistency in execution and escalation of key issues to top management. /liliEnsure achievement of plan targets through continuous alignment across functions. /li /ulpAdministrative support /ppOversee and ensure effectiveness of key administrative and compliance processes across SPVs (e.g. accounting cycles, deadlines, formal communications), leveraging ERP and management systems to improve efficiency and control. /ppstrongRequirements:



/strong /pulliDegree in Engineering, Economics or related fields; a postgraduate degree or master’s in project management would represent a plus. /liliProven experience in business planning, budgeting, reporting and performance monitoring within structured organizations in thestrong Energy sector, preferably in Renewables /strong. /liliStrong understanding of industrial planning processes and cross-functional coordination in complex environments. /liliExperience in managing reporting processes towards senior management and corporate/Holding functions. /liliAbility to analyze business performance, identify deviations and drive corrective actions in coordination with multiple stakeholders. /liliStrong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to operate effectively across multiple functions /liliemA result-oriented leadership /em demonstrating hands-on experience, precision and sense of urgency, together with business sense and drive for results. Capable of taking decisions in structured environments delivering results on time, and meeting performance targets.
