**Clinical Expertise**: - Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and therapies.
- Attend and support cases in healthcare accounts.
- Collaborate with physicians, assistants, and hospital education staff to address clinical questions related to our products. **Sales Performance**: - Achieve sales targets and increase market share in key centers.
- Provide input to enhance overall state performance.
- Implement sales force effectiveness initiatives,



including strategic territory management and technical/clinical support. **Relationship Building**: - Develop strong relationships with key customer groups.
- Utilize customer networks to drive business growth.
- Participate in business discussions with the Regional Manager. **Product Support**: - Assist with product marketing and launches.
- Prepare and maintain equipment for wet labs and training.
- Provide technical support information for public tenders and customer service. **Ethical Approach**: - Demonstrate sound ethical character.
- Prioritize customer needs and solutions. **Qualifications**: - University degree as a Perfusionist or similar.
- Experience in structural heart, or cardiovascular field preferred.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English, with Italian fluency.
