With more than 13,000 employees around the world, we are committed to using our energy and heart to drive a better tomorrow. **MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES** You will have the opportunity to support the Legal team in the following main areas of activity: - Drafting real Estate contracts (i.e. surface, lease, other agreements with landowners)
- Corporate legal (i.e. drafting minutes of the board and general meetings, powers of attorney)
- Support in Mark-up of all types of contracts with focus on financing agreements, service, EPC, O&M; and asset management contracts as well as Non-Disclosure Agreements, guarantees
- Assistance in the authorization procedures of plants powered by renewable sources (with specific regard to photovoltaic and wind plants)




- Administrative support in Due diligence for acquisitions, financing or joint ventures of companies operating in the renewable energy sector **REQUIREMENTS** Student in Law from an Italian or European university. Excellent interpersonal skills and appetite for collaboration and problem solving. Fluent in English.
