This team acts in a consultative fashion and is looked to as an expert in their field by Nutanix sales, customer success, business partners, and customers. **Your day-to-day role**
- Collaborate with field sales teams to develop go-to-market sales strategies, account plans, and identify and qualify business opportunities.
- Understand customer business needs, design cloud-native architectures,



and present compelling solutions that demonstrate the value of our offerings.
- Provide feedback to product teams on client needs, market trends, and sales personas.
- Be the key technical leader and influencer, building and maintaining relationships with technical resources at all levels of a customer organization.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Be a dynamic, self-starter who can flourish in a dynamic technology company. **What you will bring**
- Required- 5+ years of proven experience in a presales role, particularly in cloud-native environments.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts & technologies, such as Kubernetes, OpenStack, AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.
- Familiarity with at least one Kubernetes platform (Rancher, OpenShift, EKS, AKS, GKE, D2iQ).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English).
- Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings and industry events (role requires about 40-50% of travel).
- Preferred- Experience designing, building, and operating the infrastructure and configuration of container platforms with a focus on automation and infrastructure-as-code.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g. Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation etc.).
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g. CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, GitOps, ArgoCD).
- You speak a second language (French, German, Spanish, Italian or Arabic)
