To reinforce our Lab department, we're hiring a Mechanical Testing Specialist. **Tasks**: - Support in the execution and management of compatibility tests between plastic components and chemical products (perfume, oil-based product, cream, etc.), the activity includes filling the bottles, performing the test under the extractor hood and compiling the documentation.
- Technical analysis of customer complaints.
- Definition of product configuration on customer bottles, such as the length of the suction tube and the dimensions of the bottleneck.
- Execution of the compatibility test between the pumps and the product received from the customer.
- Elaboration of Standard Investigation Reports for product configuration and technical management of complaints
- Maintenance of laboratory order and cleanliness standards (6S, internal procedures)




- Technical drawing analysis and metrology of molded plastic parts using a non-contact optical microscope **Requirements**: - Knowledge of technical drawing and the main measuring instruments;
- Diploma in technical area
- Precision, Order, Organization, Attention to detail
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
