We are currently looking for a **Lean Specialist - Production System Development** for our plant in Alba. In this role, you will support the Production System Development Manager and the Production Unit Manager in setting priorities and preparing a 3-year plan with KPIs, continuous improvement projects and operational objectives. You will ensure alignment with the Group plan and collaborate with Region Supply Chain Development to implement local objectives.
You will lead **Ferrero Operational Excellence Program** initiatives, ensure **continuous improvement**,



promote best practices and suggest process and **technology improvements**. **Main Responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for supporting the Production Unit Manager in defining the Master Plan, identifying key priorities and preparing a 3-year horizon plan including KPIs, Capex and **operational objectives** for all plant departments. You will also ensure full alignment and consistency between the Production Unit Master Plan initiatives and the Industrial & Supply Direction Group Plan, following the central guidelines set by the Operations Platform structures at the Group level. You will work with the Regional Supply Chain Development to harmonize the implementation of operational objectives at the local level, ensuring proper follow-up of the results of the initiatives. You will contribute to the lead of the **Ferrero Operational Excellence Program**initiatives within the production unit, ensuring alignment with the plant master plan and facilitating the rollout while addressing any misalignments. You will also act as a **liaison** **between the Production Unit and central functions**, directing support requests as appropriate.
You will promote **continuous improvement** by sharing **best practices**, identifying training needs, and suggesting process, technology, and equipment improvements.



You will work with line functions on value stream mapping and support the implementation of the production model. In addition, you will manage cross-functional projects, ensure proper implementation of Master Plan initiatives, and support the **"One Plant" philosophy** within the manufacturing unit. **Who we are looking for**:
You will bring your **Master’s Degree background in Engineering** and your strong Project Management Skills, in addition to 3-5 years’ experience in Operational Excellence and Lean Manufacturing (eg. TPM/AM, VSM)
Your real desire for** international mobility**will be a great asset for us, together with your true passion and curiosity for the Food sector.
