What You’ll Do:
- You will join the Global HRIS Team, reporting to the HRIS Project Manager.- You will play a crucial role in providing HR user support and managing HRIS projects, focusing on change management, system enhancements, and the integration of innovative HR solutions.- You will collect and analyze HR data to refine strategies, enhance processes, and suggest ways to improve the Global Employee Experience.- You will work closely with HR process owners to identify automation opportunities and create a consistent and engaging global employee experience.- You will support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) by organizing training sessions, coordinating tests for new functionalities, and assisting with daily activities.- You will lead change management initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of new HRIS technologies and processes across the organization.- You will collaborate with HRBPs, IT teams, and external solution providers to ensure HRIS projects align with Sisal’s People Strategy and streamlined operations.- You will act as the main point of reference for the global HR community,



ensuring effective communication and alignment.- You will review and audit data, initiating continuous improvement projects to address gaps, enhance user satisfaction, and meet evolving business needs.- You will develop and maintain HRIS policies, ensuring compliance with guidelines, and create user-friendly documentation, including user guides and training materials.- You will advise on system limitations, timelines, and project feasibility, ensuring clarity and alignment.- You will leverage your knowledge of HR functions, practices, reporting requirements, and data analysis to drive impactful results.- You will manage assigned phases of projects and initiatives with full autonomy, ensuring timely delivery and success.- You will maintain and monitor existing integrations, with a focus on PECI payroll integration during the hypercare phase, resolving issues efficiently. Who You Are:
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Economics.- You bring 4-6 years of experience in HRIS, with a strong background in HR process design, requirements analysis, module configuration, PECI integration, and technology implementation.- You have in-depth knowledge of leading global Human Capital Management systems, with Workday being a mandatory skill.- You excel in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills,



with a passion for leveraging technology to address business challenges.- You are fluent in English, enabling seamless collaboration in an international environment.- You demonstrate flexibility, pragmatism, and a user-oriented approach to problem-solving.- You maintain a clear focus on Sisal’s HRIS guidelines and manager directives.- You adopt a solution-oriented mindset, delivering accurate work while meeting tight deadlines.- You have the ability to effectively manage change and adapt to shifting priorities as required.- You are risk-aware and skilled at building contingency plans to mitigate potential challenges.- You combine strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and creativity.- You thrive in a collaborative environment, showing a willingness and proven ability to work both in teams and independently. Preferrably, you also have:
- Experience in a global, multi-country HR environment, with the ability to adapt HRIS solutions to different regional requirements.- A strong network within the HRIS community, with knowledge of industry trends and best practices. What we offer you/you can expect from us:
