We are currently seeking a **Mechanical and Industrialization Team Manager**to join our dynamic team in **Castel Guelfo, Italy!** The Mechanical Team Lead will oversee the industrialization engineering team, ensuring the successful design, development, and implementation in production of the products. This role involves leading a team of engineers, managing projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. **What kind of work will you be doing?**
- Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers.
- Oversee the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and products.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as electrical engineering, manufacturing, and quality.
- assurance, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and implement engineering processes and best practices.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.




- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. **What will make you successful?**
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and CAD software (e.g., CREO, SolidWorks etc.).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
