**Key Responsibilities**: - **Testing & Quality Assurance**: - Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure the reliability of the products.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, providing clear feedback to development teams for resolution.
- Participate in cross-team collaboration to ensure alignment on quality goals and testing strategies throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- **Automation & Tooling**: - Develop automated test scripts and assist in integrating them into CI/CD pipelines to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Explore and implement third-party testing tools to enhance product quality.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**: - Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication of testing objectives and outcomes.
- Participate in sprint planning and daily standups to share progress,



highlight challenges, and collaborate on solutions.
- Generate detailed test reports and provide feedback to teams to ensure prompt issue resolution and continued improvement.
- **Process Improvement**: - Identify opportunities for improving testing processes, methodologies, and automation strategies. **Required Skills & Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and work through solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC. **Preferred Qualifications**: - Strong experience in automation testing with tools such as: REST Assured, Protractor, Selenium, jMeter or Load Runner
- Strong knowledge of UI and API test automation frameworks
- Certifications in software testing ( ISTQB, CSTE )
