Enereco is looking for a **Management Control Analyst** to join its offices in Fano. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Support in updating and maintaining the controlling model
- Drafting the budget and participating in the forecasting process
- Analysis of the P&L;, variances, and profitability
- Support for managerial closures
- Creation of reports for management and leadership
- Collaboration in the development of Business Intelligence (BI) systems **REQUIREMENTS**: - Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related disciplines
- Previous experience (1-5 years) in management control or administrative/financial areas
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and SAP (preferable knowledge of Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to manage priorities
- Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude
- Knowledge of the English language (minimum B2 level)
