Experteer Overview

In this role you drive Italy-based logistics costs and performance, partnering with the Transport Manager to budget, forecast, and tender transport services. You will lead cost-variance analysis, KPI development, and dashboards while coordinating data-driven logistics initiatives. Your work supports efficient export transportation and strong vendor collaboration, contributing to Campari Group’s cost optimisation and service excellence.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Manage logistics cost variances between actuals, budget revisions and budget
- Prepare Budget Revisions together with the Transport Manager
- Prepare Italy Transport Budget with the Transport Manager
- Coordinate tender processes for Italy Transport / Shuttle & Groupage
- Conduct rate analysis and evaluate service levels; hold quarterly supplier reviews
- Lead Cost Trim projects and support related initiatives
- Manage customer credit/debit notes and Italy cost pre-invoicing
- Handle customer complaints in Italy (interface with Quality)
- Manage transport anomalies (breakages / shortages)
- Serve as point of contact for auditors
- Operational Transport Management (Primary/Direct - backup)




- Logistics Projects Italy: develop KPI sets for transport service levels
- Create dashboards for pallet exchange monitoring with accounting interfaces
- Control pallet vouchers with customers
- Manage digital archive of transport documents and identify market solutions
- External: coordinate with Logistics transport providers / Transporeon / Tesi / Replica
- Internal: collaborate with Customer, Planning, Logistics (Italy & Export), P&L;, Administration, Plant

Responsabilità xysqume
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Management
- Fluent English and Italian
- At least 3 years of Export Transportation experience in mid/large organizations
- SAP knowledge
- Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency
- Strong customer service orientation with a cost-optimisation mindset
- Ownership, energy, and ability to deliver results
- Self-confident, organized team player
- Speed over perfection in problem solving
- Effective communication with vendors and colleagues
