As a **Production Scheduling and Internal Logistics Specialist** you will report to Plant Scheduling & Logistics Manager in the Manufacturing department based in **Porcia**for a **permanent**contract. We are looking for a proactive **Production** **Scheduling & Internal Logistics Specialist** with expertise in value stream mapping, Kanban systems and flow optimization. You will streamline Logistics processes, optimize production flows and act as a back-up for the manager, ensuring efficiency and continuity in operations. **Your mission**
- ** Streamline Operations**: Use value stream mapping to improve production flows and reduce inefficiencies
- ** Kanban System Management**: Design, implement and optimize Kanban systems for materials and inventory
- ** Scheduling**: Create and manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and efficient resource use
- ** Collaboration**: Act as a key liaison between internal teams and stakeholders,



ensuring smooth communication and alignment
- ** Leadership Support**: Serve as the manager’s back-up, supporting decision-making and operational continuity
- **Drive Improvement**: Lead initiatives to improve internal logistics and production efficiency **Your profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or similar
- More than 5 years’ experience in scheduling, logistics and production flow optimization
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Expertise in value stream mapping, Kanban systems and lean manufacturing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
