ph3Scope of the Role /h3 pThe candidate’s primary responsibility is to identify, evaluate and finalize new opportunities within the business development strategy with the objective to support and expand the company overall growth and profitability. /p h3Your Role /h3 pAnalyze and support the execution of BD opportunities including: /p ul liIdentify new opportunities (product acquisitions, product co-development, product in/out-licensing and asset acquisition) /li liCoordinate and facilitate the assessment of new opportunities from a scientific and marketing point of view /li liPrepare product forecasting and modeling, including competitive intelligence, pricing, risk assessment and scenario planning /li liInitiate and coordinate the due diligence process on projects /li liSupport financial, NPV, due diligence efforts to provide recommendations on viability of products/programs /li liCoordinate the negotiation of transaction agreements /li /ul h3Profile Description /h3 ul liDegree in Science or Economics /li liSolid project management experience /li liExperience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in a BD role (preferred)



/li liGood interpersonal skills and ability to work and lead inter-functional teams /li liExcellent knowledge of Office Automation SW and Tools (Excel and PowerPoint are a must) /li liSkills in financial modeling and quantitative analysis /li liAbility to present information in a concise and efficient manner /li liHigh confidence and ability to present to, and influence, senior management /li liAbility to understand and negotiate complex contract agreements /li liDirect experience in business transactions (licensing, acquisitions, mergers, divestitures) is a plus /li liFluent in written and spoken English /li /ul h3Salary Benefits /h3 pSalary range: €56,000 – €75,000. /p pThe compensation range indicated in this job posting represents an estimated average range for the position.
