and monthly/quarterly performance reporting in close coordination with the industrial as well as commercial controlling teams /li liMonthly accrual processing /li liTop line analysis by cluster, brand, product line /li liAnalysis of divisional cost /li liPortfolio analysis to maximize profit /li liProduct mix, Margin and profitability analysis /li liNew product business cases and development /li liTransparency and timely communication with HQ /li /ul h3What You Need To Succeed /h3 h3Must have /h3 ul liGood knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis. /li liStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify key business drivers /li /ul pEducation: University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Management Engineering. /p pProfessional experience: 2-3 years of experience in Controlling, FPA, or a Finance function, with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing processes. /p pLanguage: Fluent in Italian English required; any additional foreign language would be considered a plus. /p h3Soft skills /h3 ul liGood interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to interact effectively with Finance, Commercial, Industrial, and Operations teams.
