Business Development Specialist – Generative AI (AWS)As a Business Development Specialist within the Worldwide GenAI GTM team, you will lead go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy for Models on Bedrock, expanding model choice and access for customers. Your work spans market sizing, opportunity pipeline development, partner collaboration, field enablement, and feedback to product teams. You will interact with a broad range of customers—from startups to multinational enterprises—and guide them in building scalable GenAI solutions on Amazon Bedrock.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Models on Bedrock GTM to orchestrate sales motions for sales, marketing, partner, product, training, and professional services teams to accelerate adoption of Amazon Bedrock.Work closely with foundation model partners to drive GTM motions.Leverage deep domain expertise to create best‑in‑class field enablement and sales strategy.Support field teams in solution building for high‑priority customers.Bring market signals back to product teams to drive innovation on AWS product roadmaps.Own reporting and planning cadences to AWS executives on GTM plan execution.Demonstrate thought leadership and represent AWS at industry events, conferences, and symposiums.Basic Qualifications5+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience.5+ years of professional or military experience.Bachelor’s degree.Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes,



and coordinating release schedules.Preferred QualificationsExperience interpreting data and making business recommendations.Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.Domain expertise in generative AI and key ML‑powered use cases.Technical depth to articulate the benefits of Amazon Bedrock to data scientists and C‑Level executives.Understanding of the GenAI market trends, LLM providers, ecosystem, and opportunities.Compensation and BenefitsSalary ranges vary by location (examples shown below).
