The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of ITSM and related modules, proven experience with integrations and portal development, and the ability to optimize instance performance. Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and other integration mechanisms.
- Develop and maintain Service Portal Employee Center experiences, including widgets, themes, and UI customizations.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, platform governance, and upgrade-safe practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and provide technical guidance.
- Troubleshoot complex platform issues and provide root cause analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- 5 years of professional experience working on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, security model, and development lifecycle.
