In this crucial role, you will serve as the key driver for promoting and ensuring compliance with Atlas Copco's rigorous SHE standards and regulatory requirements, directly supporting our commitment to a safe and sustainable working environment. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will take ownership of SHE management within the production facility, acting as a trusted advisor and internal RSPP (Head of the Prevention Protection Service) in alignment with Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liMaintaining and continuously improving quality, environmental, and safety management systems, ensuring they remain fully compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and relevant local legislation. /li liUpdating and optimizing digital tools and databases such as Chemwatch, TIA, SharePoint, and Power BI to enhance data accuracy, reporting, and system effectiveness. /li liLeading and coordinating internal and external audits, facilitating audit readiness and the successful implementation of audit findings including those required by GIAA and AON. /li liSupporting the General Manager and cross‑functional teams in managing mandatory environmental and safety programs while contributing to the maintenance and operation of safety equipment and workplace conditions. /li liDriving risk assessment processes for work safety, environmental impacts, and contractor safety management, ensuring all interventions meet stringent safety standards. /li liLeading initiatives that strengthen a culture centered on safety awareness and environmental responsibility, implementing training programmes, health surveillance, and monitoring compliance deadlines with a focus on continuous improvement.
