/li liAnalyze performance indicators related to service levels, productivity, profitability, and cost efficiency. /li liSupport vendor governance activities through cost, SLA, and supplier performance analysis. /li liProvide quantitative and qualitative insights to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. /li liMA Integration Business Analytics /li liSupport the COO during operational due diligence activities for mergers and acquisitions. /li liCollect and analyze operational data to identify organizational gaps and potential synergies. /li liMap processes, information systems, and KPIs of acquired entities. /li liContribute to the definition of the Target Operating Model and integration roadmaps. /li liMonitor project milestones, risks, dependencies, and implementation progress. /li liPrepare management reports and comparative analyses between the current ('As Is') and future ('To Be') operating models. /li liCross-Functional Projects /li liParticipate in strategic projects and cross-functional task forces by providing analytical support and project planning. /li liDevelop business cases, forecasting models, and operational impact assessments. /li liCollaborate with functional leaders to ensure business processes support strategic objectives. /li liPrepare management presentations, including executive summaries, KPI dashboards, Steering Committee materials, and Board reviews. /li liSupport change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
/li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Management Engineering, or a related field. /li liAt least 5 years of experience in Operations, Business Analysis, Consulting, or Process Improvement roles. /li liProven experience managing cross-functional projects. /li liPrevious experience in multinational organizations or consulting firms is considered an advantage. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. /li liExperience in developing management dashboards and reporting. /li liStrong analytical and KPI management skills. /li liFamiliarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar). /li liKnowledge of Process Mapping and Continuous Improvement methodologies. /li liExperience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics/Navision, SAP, or equivalent) is a plus. /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liStrong analytical thinking. /li liResults-oriented mindset. /li liCritical thinking and problem-solving skills. /li liAttention to detail and accuracy. /li liExcellent organizational skills. /li liStrong communication and interpersonal abilities. /li liAbility to thrive in dynamic and evolving environments. /li liCollaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across functions. /li /ul h3Reporting Line /h3 pReports to: Chief Operating Officer (COO) /p h3Why Join Interni /h3 pJoining Interni means becoming part of an international organization representing Italian excellence in the world of design.
