Site Manager - Utility Scale Solar Construction

We are partnered with a leading Renewable Energy European IPP who is seeking a location flexible site manager to join their team. The first projects are in Italy, however there is scope to work in Germany or Spain in the future depended on project needs

Manage the day-to-day construction activities for utility-scale solar PV projects (5–10 MW), ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel, ensuring activities are carried out in line with the project schedule and technical specifications.
Monitor site progress, resolve on-site issues, and report regularly to the Project Manager on programme, quality, costs, and risks.
Ensure compliance with Italian health, safety, environmental, and permitting requirements, maintaining all required site documentation and inspections.
Oversee project commissioning support, snagging, and handover activities, ensuring the plant is completed and transferred to operations successfully.
