You will lead HSE activities, audits and regulatory liaison, shaping the factory’s sustainability and safety strategy. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold legal requirements and elevate EHS capabilities through training. You will be a role model for safety and sustainability, translating regulations into practical improvements. /ph3Job Responsibilities /h3ulliPrepare and update mandatory Health, Safety, and Environmental documentation (DVR, risk assessments, emergency plans). /liliMonitor compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations; conduct internal audits and oversee external audits. /liliManage relationships with authorities (AUSL, Fire Brigade, Labour Inspectorate) and maintain permits and authorizations. /liliPromote training and awareness on Health, Safety, and Environmental topics across the organization. /liliContribute to Sustainability and EHS strategy and model best practices. /liliLead investigations of incidents via Sustainability Incident Management (SIM)



and implement preventive actions. /liliCoordinate factory inspections and environmental authorizations with local authorities. /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulliUniversity degree in Engineering, Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Prevention Techniques, or related field (preferred). /liliMinimum 4 years’ experience as RSPP in multinational industrial complexes (mandatory). /liliCertified Prevention and Protection Service Manager (RSPP) per Italian Legislative Decree 81/08. /liliFluency in Italian and English (spoken and written). /liliStrong knowledge of Italian HSE legislation and regulatory requirements. /liliExperience with regulatory inspections and external authorities; environmental compliance experience recommended. /liliExperience implementing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001; ability to manage technical/regulatory documentation. /li /ulh3Requisiti fondamentali /h3ulliPermanent contract /liliLocation: Crespellano (BO) /liliSalary: not less than €64,540 annually /liliCareer development in EHS leadership /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
