PURPOSE OF THE JOBServing as an expert about the structural heart therapy and medical devices for the organization.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES-Executes activities to meet annual sales, profit, and budgetary goals-Maintains customer and physician relationships-Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule-Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments-Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports-Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities-Implements field based physician and staff training programs-Facilitates communication among the relevant functions at the investigational site (e.g.interventionalists, echocardiologists)



for procedure scheduling and successful clinical outcomes with structural heart medical device-Provides technical support to clinicians for the procedures with the structural heart medical device-Calls on referring physicians to present structural heart technology and the study data;-Acts in compliance with applicable procedures and policies;EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES-3+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience-Experience in Medical Devices-Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales-Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills-Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills-Good knowledge of English (listening and writing)-Clinical orientation; Presentation Skills; Performance Management; Building Relationship; Ethical Conduct; Results Driven.
