Due to business expansion, CIRRO is offering an opportunity for the position of **Hub Head** in our warehouse located in **Rome.** **Job title: Hub Head(Mandarin Required)** **Job location**: Rome, Italy **Responsibilities**: - Warehouse Site Management: Oversee daily operations within the warehouse to ensure a clean and organized work environment. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly and meet safety standards.
- Sorting Operations Management: Design and optimize sorting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Monitor sorting progress to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
- Temporary Labor Management: Manage the recruitment, training, and supervision of temporary staff, including scheduling and task assignment. Ensure that temporary workers adhere to operational procedures and safety protocols to improve team collaboration.
- On-Site Procurement: Conduct on-site purchasing based on warehouse needs,



ensuring compliance with necessary qualifications and fire safety regulations. Regularly assess vendor performance to maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Safety and Compliance Management: Ensure warehouse operations comply with company and industry safety standards. Organize regular safety training and emergency drills to enhance employee awareness and preparedness.
- Data Recording and Reporting: Maintain and update relevant records and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness. Regularly report on operational progress and issues to management.Complete other related tasks as directed by management to support overall operational efficiency. **Job Requirements**: - Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or sorting management is preferred.
- Fluent in both Italian and Chinese.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Knowledge of logistics software and data tracking tools is a plus.
