You will work in live client contexts, turning ambiguous business challenges into working solutions that can be tested, adopted, and scaled across Singapore and the wider Asia Pacific region. /p pAI Central is NCS's enterprise AI capability spine, responsible for building differentiated AI platforms and reusable assets across sectors such as aviation, land transport, public safety, telecommunications, and government. /p h3What will you do? /h3 h3AI Product Solution Delivery /h3 ul liLead the journey from client problem statement to working prototype, MVP, or deployable AI solution. /li liTranslate ambiguous business challenges into clear product hypotheses, technical approaches, and execution plans. /li liBuild and ship AI-enabled solutions using software engineering, model orchestration, automation, and design tools. /li liDrive fast experiments and iterative delivery cycles to validate desirability, feasibility, and business value. /li /ul h3Client Advisory Stakeholder Engagement /h3 ul liWork directly with client technology and business leaders to understand business needs and shape AI-enabled products. /li liAdvise senior stakeholders on AI investment priorities, architecture decisions, and build-versus-buy choices. /li liChallenge assumptions constructively and help create clarity through practical, outcome-focused execution. /li /ul h3AI Engineering, Quality Delivery Judgement /h3 ul liMake sound trade-offs across speed, quality, security, scalability, maintainability, and business value. /li liApply modern AI tooling, including LLM application patterns,



orchestration frameworks, automation platforms, evaluation approaches, and model limitations. /li liBalance rapid experimentation with strong engineering discipline, especially in enterprise and regulated environments. /li liOwn the AI delivery methodology for your assigned sector vertical. /li liBuild and maintain reusable patterns, playbooks, and working practices that help NCS scale AI-native delivery across sectors and geographies. /li liDocument and abstract solutions from Singapore lighthouse accounts so they can be adapted for regional deployment. /li /ul h3Team Enablement Capability Building /h3 ul liSupport the technical onboarding and capability development of engineers joining your team. /li liShare what works across AI Central and contribute to the broader adoption of AI-native delivery practices within NCS. /li liStay current with emerging AI tools, methods, and frameworks, applying them where they create measurable advantage. /li /ul h3The ideal candidate should possess: /h3 ul liDemonstrated experience delivering AI, machine learning, or generative AI solutions in real-world settings. /li liStrong understanding of modern AI tooling, including LLM application patterns, orchestration frameworks, automation platforms, evaluation approaches, and model limitations. /li liAbility to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and deliver outcomes at pace. /li liStrong product instinct, engineering depth, business acumen, critical thinking, and technical judgement. /li liAbility to balance experimentation with security, reliability, scalability, and maintainability. /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to translate business needs into technical execution and advise at executive level. /li liComfort working with senior stakeholders and challenging assumptions constructively.
