**Legal Counsel - Digital Payments & Fintech (Tempo parziale/Freelance)** **Key Responsibilities**: - Interpret and ensure compliance with regulations in the digital payments ecosystem, including PSD2, AML, and GDPR
- Liaise with external legal counsels and internal stakeholders to coordinate legal risk assessments
- Maintain an organized repository of contracts and legal documentation
- Support procurement and finance teams with legal advice related to contractual obligations




- Monitor regulatory developments in the fintech/payments sector and advise management accordingly **Place**: Milan (Hybrid/Part-Time) **Requisiti**: - Law degree and (preferred) professional qualification to practice in Italy
- Hands-on experience in a legal role, ideally in fintech, digital payments, or technology sectors
- Strong knowledge of commercial and civil law, with a focus on contracts and dispute resolution
- Familiarity with payment services regulation (e.g., PSD2), data protection (GDPR), and basic compliance principles (nice to have)
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a flexible, part-time arrangement
