/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liUnderstanding and analyzing business requirements relating to supply chain and re manufacturing process changes and initiatives within our enterprise application function /li liTranslating business needs into functional specifications and collaborating with development and integration teams to deliver appropriate IT solutions /li liMapping and evaluating current business processes and IT systems, identifying areas for optimization, automation and standardization /li liSupporting the design, configuration, and maintenance of applications to supplement production, warehouse, purchasing and intercompany flows /li liParticipating in system testing, validation and user acceptance phases to ensure solution quality and business alignment /li liActing as key point of contact for supply chain and remanufacturing application topics, supporting continuous improvement initiatives /li /ul h3Skills and Experience needed /h3 ul liEducated to degree level in engineering or information systems, or has equivalent professional experience /li li5+ years of experience in IT business analysis or application support within manufacturing, remanufacturing or distribution environments /li liExperience working within international or multi-site organizations is desirable /li liStrong understanding of supply chain and remanufacturing processes such as production planning, warehouse management, intercompany logistics, and bill of material/routing management /li liProven experience in business process analysis and in working with external vendors and internal teams to implement process changes /li liGood knowledge of system integrations,
