As Product Development Manager you will lead multidisciplinary development efforts at Technogym Village in Cesena to deliver cost-effective, quality-driven, and time-to-market products. You will define strategies that align with global processes and drive continuous improvement across product development. You'll oversee a team, manage external design outsourcing, and foster cross-functional collaboration to boost innovation. This role offers the opportunity to shape how Technogym brings new solutions to a global fitness audience. Responsabilità
- Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Extensive experience in R&D; and/or Design in structured companies xysqume
- Expert user of 3D CAD systems (PTC Creo)
- Project management experience with cost and deadline objectives
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, processes and cost drivers
- Knowledge of competitive products
- Knowledge of technologies for Platform Products
- Knowledge of SPG
- Knowledge of BOM management in ERP systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- English fluency (minimum CEFR B2)
