→ _Check the job description till the end. _ We are looking for a highly organized and proactive **Fashion Sourcing & Production Coordinator** to support the development and production of our upcoming capsule and couture collections. This is a key role working closely with our creative director and design team to bring each garment from concept to completion. **Your Responsibilities**: - **Fabric & Material Sourcing**: Identify and source fabrics, trims, and specialty materials aligned with each design’s aesthetic and technical requirements.
- **Supplier Management**: Communicate with fabric mills, ateliers, and vendors — including follow-ups, lead times, and sample requests.
- **Sampling Oversight**: Coordinate sample development with designers and patternmakers, ensuring quality and deadlines are met.
- **Logistics & Procurement**: Manage orders, purchase fabric and trims, track shipments, and handle any customs or delivery challenges.
- **Documentation & Organization**: Keep a well-documented database of materials, suppliers, sample stages, and costs.
- **Problem Solving**: Be the go-to person for resolving production challenges that arise throughout the design-to-sample journey. **Who We’re Looking For**
- A degree in Fashion Production, Textile Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least **2+ years** in sourcing, buying, or fashion production coordination




- Excellent communicator and negotiator
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Able to work independently and handle multiple timelines Premio: - Experience with small-batch or couture production
- Familiarity with sustainable or ethical sourcing practices
- Network of European fabric suppliers or artisan ateliers **What We Offer**
