You will also ensure effective activity planning, the adoption of modern testing methodologies, and the optimal integration of QA practices within the software development lifecycle (SDLC),



working closely and proactively with asset teams, development, and other internal stakeholders. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liWork in international context, coordinating, motivating, and supporting the QA team, ensuring professional growth of its members /li liIntroduce and maintain both industry standard and innovative testing methodologies (e.g., risk-based testing, shift left practices, test automation strategies, BDD/TDD). /li liWork closely with the development teams (asset and software) to enhance the integration of QA within the software development lifecycle /li liProvide guidance and recommendations on how to best leverage testing activities throughout the design, development, and validation phases /li liCollaborate with Product Owners, Project/Service Managers, DevOps, and SRE teams to ensure consistency and quality across the entire release pipeline. /li liPromote a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement /li liPromote the adoption of innovative tools and techniques, including experimentation and proof of concept activities /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liYou have a master’s degree or more and have knowledge of Computer Science and technical aspects. Familiarity with AI is a plus.



/li liYou are a professional with 5+ years of experience in QA, including hands on work with test automation. /li liYou are fluent with test automation tools (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, etc.) and have Knowledge of CI/CD systems (GitLab CI, Jenkins). /li liISTQB (Foundation/Advanced), Agile, or DevOps certifications are considered a plus. /li liYou are comfortable managing internal and external stakeholders, up to the C-Level. /li liYou are flexible, resilient, and you can manage tasks based on diverse technologies and in diverse industries. /li liYou can deliver effective technical presentations to any audience expressing strong communication skills. /li liYou are a natural problem solver and result oriented. /li liYou are fluent in English and Italian.
