Job DescriptionJob Title: Finance International Controlling & Reporting SpecialistReporting to: Consolidation, Controlling & Reporting ManagerRole PurposeThe Finance International Controlling & Reporting Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of managerial reporting and supporting the external consolidated financial statements of the entities in the scope.The ideal candidate will have experience in financial controlling and business performance analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesManage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes at Group levelAnalyze consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS (or applicable GAAP)Ensure timely and accurate reporting to internal stakeholders.Analyze financial results and variances, driving financial performance and providing insights to management to support strategic decision making.Support subsidiaries in reporting processes and provide accounting guidanceCoordinate with local finance teams across different countriesContribute to the preparation of management reports, board presentations, and financial disclosuresEnsure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and proceduresDrive continuous improvement and automation of reporting processesKey RequirementsEducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldExperience5–8 years of experience in financial controlling and reporting,
